Terms
Terms for the website and for booked work
Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book.
This website
This website introduces Ironclad Mobile Tyres, a mobile tyre service based in Brighton, East Sussex. What it says about our jobs and districts is general information, not a contract, and we keep it up to date as well as we can.
Prices
A price is given for a particular job once you have told us what it is and where the car is. The price we agree before setting off is the price you pay for that job. If the job turns out to be different once we see the wheel — a repair that is not safe, a locking nut without its key, a second tyre that is also damaged — we stop and tell you before doing anything more, and nothing extra is done without your agreement.
Arrival
We tell you honestly how far the van has to come when you ask, but traffic and the jobs ahead of yours are outside our control, so we do not guarantee an arrival time.
Safety
We can decline or pause a job that cannot be done safely where the car is — in a live lane, on soft ground, or on a slope that will not hold a jack. Where we can, we will suggest a safe alternative, such as moving the car a short way or recovering it.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished, by the method agreed when you booked. Tyres and parts remain ours until they are paid for.
If you no longer need us
Please tell us as soon as you can, so the van can be sent somewhere else.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer, or limits our responsibility for anything that the law does not allow to be limited.

How we handle the details you send us is set out on the privacy page.
